Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Returned with all original tags attached.
• Free from stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear.
• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.

Welcome Offer

Orders placed using our first-order welcome discount are eligible for return; however, if a refund is issued, the welcome discount cannot be used again. The discount is limited to one use per customer.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted merchandise marked Final Sale.
• Made-to-order or custom items.
• Gift cards.
• Any item explicitly marked Final Sale at checkout.
